Suchona Reza Paul
Clinical Psychology

About Me
Hi there! My name is Suchona (or Su). My pronouns are she/her. I am an AHPRA registered Clinical Psychologist from Melbourne. I completed my clinical training at the University of the Sunshine Coast in 2019 and have since worked in private and public health settings. Currently, work as a psychologist in Northern Health within the clinical and health psychology team.
I have diverse training spanning three countries – India, the UK, and Australia and worked with people from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds. You will receive individualised treatment with mindful awareness of your unique socio-cultural experiences and circumstances in which you have grown up or may currently find yourself.
Following a neurodiverse-affirming approach, I understand that people have different abilities and how they interact with the world around them. These differences are not meant to be “fixed” but embraced. I work with clients to identify and build their strengths and heal from their past experiences.
I am a member of the following professional bodies:
- Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS)
- Associate Member of the International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST)
